About Our Church

Hi, my name is Nick and I’m the minister of Stafford Baptist Church, which is affectionately known as ‘The Green’. On behalf of our church I would like to welcome you to our website.

The Green is a warm and friendly church that seeks to be a positive influence and productive part of the community around it. Our Sunday services are open to all and you will receive a warm welcome should you choose to come and meet us.

Our Morning Service begins at 10:30am and is for all the family from the eldest to the youngest. The children leave after a short time with the adults and split up into various Sunday School Classes including a crèche. The Teenagers have their own study group. The adults remain in church to listen to the message, which is designed to be clear and simple and appropriate to living life today.

The Evening Service starts at 6:30pm and is a little quieter and perhaps more reflective than the morning service. The friendship and welcome is just as warm as in the morning and if you prefer this type of service you are very welcome to come and see for yourself.
